This is an original material woven using old-fashioned looms at a historic weaving shop in the Oshu region.
We have deliberately replaced the classic fabric known as "beach cloth", which is made with raschel knitting, with a woven version.
It has been redesigned with minimalist coloring to ensure timeless wear.
The surface is constructed with a weave that is dominated by cotton warp threads, and the back is constructed with wool cashmere weft threads. The cotton on the surface is tough and has a moderately crisp touch that is unique to air-spun yarn.
In addition, the blankets were finished at a processing plant based in Izumiotsu, the blanket mecca, and the back side was brushed.
