The garment is made from vintage French cotton (50-70 years old) and the finished garment is naturally dyed by hand. The buttonholes are hand sewn with French glossy silk thread and the buttons are hand sewn with the same thread. The pocket buttons are antique shell buttons and all other buttons are vintage buttons. The side seam vents are hand sewn and reinforced, and the collar and placket are reinforced with silk organza. The garment has a hand sewn label.
