About the product

Q. I would like to know more about the size of the product.
Detailed measurement information is posted on each product page. If you would like more detailed information on the size, please contact us using the inquiry form, specifying the product name and inquiry number.

Q. Can it be repaired?
We do not offer repairs for items purchased online. We only offer repairs for items purchased in-store. Repair costs and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Q. Can I try on the products listed on the online shop?
You can try on items at your local store. Please contact the store in advance as we may need to order the item. Please note that we cannot reserve items for you, so they may be sold out when you visit.


About Shipping

Q. Who is the delivery company?
We will ship your order via Yamato Transport. Please note that you cannot specify the delivery company.

Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of 770 yen (tax included) nationwide. During the campaign period, shipping is free for orders totaling 55,000 yen (tax included) or more.

Q. How much is the cash on delivery fee?
Cash on delivery fees are as follows (cash only):
Up to 9,999 yen: 330 yen (tax included)
Up to 29,999 yen: 440 yen (tax included)
Up to 99,999 yen: 660 yen (tax included)
Up to 300,000 yen: 1,100 yen (tax included)
The maximum amount for cash on delivery is 300,000 yen.

Q. Can I combine multiple orders for shipping?
If your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, we can combine shipping. Please contact us by email as soon as possible. If no specification is made, each order will be shipped separately. Shipping and handling fees will be charged for each order.

Q. I was not at home when the item was delivered and was unable to receive it.
The delivery company will leave a notice of absence, so please arrange for redelivery. Please note that if the storage period expires, the product will be returned and your order will be automatically canceled.


About orders

Q. What payment methods are available?
You can choose from credit card (one-time payment/VISA, JCB, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PAYPAL, and bank transfer.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email. However, if the order is being prepared for shipping or if it is a pre-order, cancellation is not possible.

Q. Can I change my order details or payment method?
You cannot change the payment method after an order has been confirmed. If the order has not yet been prepared for shipping, please cancel it and place the order again using your preferred payment method.

Q. I haven't received a confirmation email after placing my order.
It may have been sorted into your spam folder. Please check your settings to ensure that you can receive emails from info@visionoffashion.jp.

Q. Can I order by email or phone?
To prevent incorrect orders, we do not accept orders via email or telephone.


Returns and Exchanges

Q. Can I return or exchange products?
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused products within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please return it within 7 days, including the day of order. Some items are not eligible for returns, so please see the return policy page for details.

Q. Is there a points service?
Currently, we do not have a points system.
