A model based on 1940s British work trousers. Strictly speaking, it features a label from the "London County Council," indicating it originates from work trousers worn by public works employees.
At the time, many British work trousers were designed based on overalls. A distinctive detail is the triangular stitching on the pocket openings.
The fabric used is the Supima twill from Taiga Takahashi's 1st collection. It is a 3/1 left-hand twill that reproduces the fabric used by the U.S. military during World War I in the 1910s, finished with a smooth touch.
Furthermore, each piece is garment-dyed with sumi ink and mud to achieve a worn-in look.
