Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to customer convenience .
 Product images are taken in natural light to show the actual color, but the actual color may differ depending on the monitor environment and individual product differences. Please note that these are not considered defective products .

We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or damaged during delivery, or if the conditions specified by our company are met.
 Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

[Products eligible for return]

Returns and exchanges are possible only if all of the following conditions are met.

  • Products for which you contact us within 7 days of the order date

  • Unused item with all tags and accessories included

  • If we approve the return or exchange

[Items that cannot be returned or exchanged]

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange :

  • Products that have been used once

  • Washed and cleaned products

  • Items purchased at sale prices

  • Products shipped overseas

  • Products that have been damaged, stained, or have an odor while in the customer's possession

  • Products with missing packaging (bags, boxes, etc.)

  • Custom-made products with name engraving and processing

  • Pre-order items, made-to-order items, and back-order items

  • Products that state "No returns" on the product page

  • If the product has not arrived within 7 days of the order date , even if you contact us

[Regarding return costs]

  • In the case of a defect on our part (defective product, incorrect delivery, etc.)
     All shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges will be borne by our company .

  • In case of customer convenience
     The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and transfer fees when receiving a refund .

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to check the above information.
 Please contact us using the inquiry form or by phone .
After checking your inquiry, we will reply within 2 business days .

The product must arrive within 7 days of the order date, prepaid (traceable shipping method),
 Please return the item to one of the following stores:

*If the product comes with a gift box, please be careful not to attach the shipping label directly to the box .
 In that case, you may not be eligible for a refund .
 * We are not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery .

Once we receive your item, we will refund your payment method within 5 business days .
