Overseas Shipping

Ordering from Outside Japan

We offer tax-free purchases for international orders.
 Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, and select PayPal or Credit Card as your payment method.
 Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and must be paid with the product price.

Note: Promotions, discounts, and special offers do not apply to international orders. Shipping fees are always charged.

 

 

Shipping Details

All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
 Rates vary by region:

  • Asia: ¥2,500

  • Oceania / North America / Middle East: ¥3,500

  • Europe: ¥4,000

  • Latin America / Africa / Russia: ¥5,000

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days
 Shipping schedule: Daily shipping, except on national holidays or in special circumstances.
 Orders will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

 

 

Customs & Import Duties

  • We cannot under-declare item value or mark items as gifts.

  • The full purchase amount will be declared on the customs form, as required by law.

  • Import duties, VAT, and other taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
     These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.
 In such cases, please contact us promptly and we will assist you.

 

 

Important Notes

  • Additional orders cannot be combined after an order is placed.

  • Price negotiations are not accepted.

  • We do not offer item reservations for online orders.

  • Cancellations are not accepted after the order is placed.

  • Gift wrapping is not available.

  • If you need a receipt, please mention it in the order notes. It will be included in your package.

Note: Revenue stamps will not be attached to credit card receipts.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to cancel and refund your order.
