Overseas Shipping

Ordering from Outside Japan

We offer tax-free purchases for international orders.
Please note that duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be collected upon delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and select PayPal or credit card as your payment method. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and must be paid together with the product price.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two international shipping options depending on your order value.

Orders under ¥80,000

Standard Shipping (Postal Service) 5–10 business days
Express Shipping (DHL) 2–5 business days

Orders from ¥80,000 to ¥199,999

Express Shipping (DHL) 2–5 business days

For secure and reliable delivery, high-value orders are shipped via DHL Express only.

Orders over ¥200,000

Express Shipping (DHL) — Free 2–5 business days

Shipping rates are flat and may vary slightly depending on package size and destination.
Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped daily, except on national holidays or in special circumstances.
All orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in your order.

All such charges are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the destination country (including Europe).

These fees may be collected by the shipping carrier (e.g. DHL) upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us promptly and we will assist you.

Important Notes

  • Additional orders cannot be combined after an order is placed.
  • Price negotiations are not accepted.
  • We do not offer item reservations for online orders.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
  • Gift wrapping is not available.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to cancel and refund your order.
  • If you require a receipt, please mention it in the order notes. It will be included in your package. Note: Revenue stamps will not be attached to credit card receipts.
