Cancellation / Return / Exchange

(1) Only unused items can be returned within 7 days from the date of arrival of the item.
(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.
・ Products used
・ Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days
・ Items purchased at a sale price
・ Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
・ Products without packages (bags / cases)
・ Products processed for customers, such as ordered products and products with names
・ Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page
(3) We will bear the shipping cost for returned goods. Please note that in the case of returns due to customer's convenience, the return shipping fee and refund fee will be borne by the customer.
(4) Refunds will be made within 5 business days after the returned item arrives, depending on the payment method.
